1) It is kind of not a good idea to take someone's work and make minor modifications and call it your own, especially without permission. I don't mind much since the original work wasn't an important piece of art and the background is also a separate work in its own right.
2) On a slightly more constructive note: Why don't you re-do this stamp yourself, my suggestion would be to use the Ubuntu colour scheme, since it's a lot more bright. Black and white is a limitation of Apple design and shouldn't hold you back.

1) I didn't mean to reclaim this deviation as an original work.
However, you have licensed your deviation under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License. And I did everything according to the rules: I gave credits to the original artwork, I'm not using this for commercial purposes, and I submitted it under the same license as your deviation. So I really don't get what am I doing wrong...
2) I like it, that's a great idea! I'm gonna give it a try! Thanks!
What I think would be in the spirit would be an attempt to use the same idea (as in the "I Code With...") with your own take on it, more than just changing a logo.
This is just one person's opinion. As you aren't doing anything against the letter of the license, I have no reason to be very upset.

Actually, I made it in a hurry, and it's not exactly as I wanted. So I'm going to get it a face-lift, and just tune it to have an Ubuntu style.
Thanks again for your ideas! And thanks, too, because you were the FIRST deviant to comment my FIRST submission!

Those comments make no sense! :S
And this last comment, I didn't posted it!
I think that's a glitch or something. You can tell because the signature is different.
